SHIPPING 

When should I expect to receive my package?

Packages being delivered in the United States will take about 3-5 days to arrive.

We use Amazon's fulfillment services. Meaning we are partnered with Amazon to handle shipping our products to our customers. We choose to use them since they are the largest and most consistent shipping provider.

Please note that it may take longer than usual to fulfill your order as we work to ensure the health and safety of our teams during COVID-19. We encourage you to download the SHOP app for shipping updates, link is available at checkout. Available for IOS or Android. Thanks for your patience.

Is there a shipping cost?

Shipping within the US is FREE!

International orders will charge about $8.00 USD - $10.00 USD

( Exact shipping costs are calculated for you at checkout)

Why isn't the tracking link working once I receive an email confirmation on the order?

Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after processing your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING QUESTIONS

I still have not received my package, What do I do?

Feel free to contact us at support@idealpetplace.com with your order number, so that we can help you locate your order, and give you up-to-date shipping and tracking information.

 

Post Office does not have my package. What do I do?

If you or your local post office are having issues locating your package, please contact us at support@idealpetplace.com

ORDERS & ADDRESSES

I have not received an email confirmation for my order?

Email confirmations will be sent out once we have printed the shipping label for the product. Please allow 24-48 hours to process orders for shipping.
If you do not receive your order confirmation after 48 hours, please feel free to  contact our customer support team at support@idealpetplace.com

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, you can change your shipping address prior to your package being shipped. Please email support@idealpetplace.com with your Order number, old address and new shipping address.

Can I change the shipping address after my order has processed and shipped?

We are unable to change the shipping address once it has been packaged and processed through the shipping facility. Make sure to provide your correct address so that you can receive your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer. 

Exchange Policy:

Please contact us at support@idealpetplace.com with any issues regarding orders. We will work tirelessly to right a wrong but it is very important we get the most information possible to speed up a resolution to your issue. 

If the item you or your pet ordered does not meet your satisfaction, please put your order number in the subject line as well as your first and last name in the body of the email with your concern and we will try to address it as soon as possible.
